These Terms and Conditions, which may be updated from time to time, govern all transactions between the Albujayra Group and its subsidiaries and the Customer, and may not be varied or supplemented by any Customer's terms of purchase which have not been explicitly agreed in writing with Albujayra Group.

Prices
Albujayra Group reserves the right to change prices shown on this site at any time, and for whatever reason, without prior notice.
Prices shown as 0.00 have not yet been fixed.
Shipping and delivery costs *:
Delivery times and shipping costs will be those that appear advertised on the page at the time of placing the order by the customer.
* Remember, test the package when you receive it and claim (in thedelivery note) to the courier any anomaly of the delivery. Remember also that Saturdays and Sundays there is no distribution.
Taxes (accordig to the current legislation)
Taxes will be chargeable to customers and companies according to geographical area.
Discounts
Albujayra can offer special discounts to students, teachers and institutions, bookshops and distributors.
Return policy
As a general norm, you may return your purchase to us only in its original condition within 15 days of receiving your delivery.
The return policy for our clients under the categories of Distributors and Bookshops is more restricted and bound to special contract conditions.
Order Cancellation
If you want to cancel an order that has not yet been despatched, you should write back to the comfirmation mail you receive after submitting your order. Please indicate the reference number of the order.
Damaged good return
Returns will be accepted of goods which have manufacturing faults, or which have been supplied in error, or have arrived damaged, provided that such returns are notified to the Albujayra Group not more than 15 days after receipt of the goods.
Force majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any delay, defect or deficiency hereunder to the extent that such delay, defect or deficiency is caused by an event of force majeure which affects performance by hindering, delaying or making considerably more difficult the fulfilment of commitments of the party. “Force majeure” shall mean labour disputes or any circumstance beyond the control of the party such as acts of God, disruption of transport, obstruction by ice, accidents, breakdowns of machinery, or delay in delivery by any third party which is caused by force majeure.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions and any contract made under them shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Laws of Spain and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts Spain.
